      Recently, XJY-ZS 743/300 II smart twin-screw extruder independently developed by Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group has been officially launched. According to the plan, the first batch of finished products will be delivered to the customers in this July.

      The successful development and production of the smart twin-screw extruder marks another solid step of Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group in development and design of intelligent products. The product features smart energy saving and high automation, allows unmanned operation, automatic splicing and smart matching of film production speed. In addition, the product can be maintained and repaired rapidly and efficiently, in this way reducing the time of maintenance, number of maintenance personnel and labor intensity.

      By using advanced technologies and measures such as plug-board hydraulic locking technical solution, double-cutting knife technology scheme, double universal coupling technical scheme, rail-type mobile head structure, permanent magnet motor drive scheme, visual monitoring technology and smart speed matching, the product can meet customers' production requirements. Specifically, with the rail-type design makes the maintenance easy and convenient since the maintenance can be carried out by the back-and-forth movement of a roller through the hydraulic cylinder, without the use of crane.
