Elkem's Green Innovation Received Support from The French and Norwegian Governments

Recently, Elkem has received financial support from “France Relance” for investments in specialty silicones production, which will help increase production capacities while automating them, optimizing product quality and purity, and improving the environmental performance of certain key units of the Saint-Fons plant.

In addition, Elkem has joined the research project “Sustainable Materials for the Battery Value Chain”, which is awarded by Green Platform Initiative in Norway, with the aim of supporting the green transition through sustainable battery production in Norway with reduced emissions.
